CULTURE NEEDS INFRASTRUCTURE.

WE'VE BEEN BUILDING WITHOUT WALLS.

Moulin Noir already produces balls, workshops, artist development, original creative work, mutual aid, education, cultural preservation, and community-care programming.

We have built the ecosystem.

What we have not had is a permanent place for that ecosystem to live.

A permanent home means artists have somewhere to practice and create. Cultural memory has somewhere to be preserved. Community has somewhere to gather. Emerging artists have somewhere to learn. And the resources generated through the space can be reinvested into the people who make the culture possible.

We're not building a space and asking what should happen inside it.
